By accessing or using Triumvir's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Triumvir provides decision governance software that evaluates proposed actions through multi-model AI analysis. The system issues verdicts (DECIDE, DEFER, or PAR) based on available information and identified risks.
Important: Triumvir's outputs are advisory tools, not substitutes for professional judgment. Final decisions and their consequences remain the sole responsibility of the user.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to circumvent security measures
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Reverse engineer or extract source code
- Use automated systems to access the service without permission
- Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
5. Intellectual Property
The service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Triumvir and protected by intellectual property laws. Your use of the service does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights.
6. Payment and Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are provided at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Triumvir shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
8. Disclaimer
Triumvir does not provide legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. The decision governance outputs are tools to support your decision-making process, not replacements for qualified professional consultation.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will notify users of material changes.
